How to Install Blender Addon from the RAR File

Extract the downloaded RAR file.
If it includes a ZIP file, open Blender → Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Install and select the ZIP.
If it includes .py files or a folder:
- Make sure the .py files are inside a folder.
- Rename the folder if needed, then compress the folder into a ZIP file.
- Install the ZIP in Blender as above.
Enable the addon after installation.
